Shadows in Sunlight

"Shadows in Sunlight" is a small oil painting featuring a clean dark green square against a flowing warm background. Though Louis typically works in a cool color palette, he challenged himself to pair different colors together, accentuating the stark contrast between the colors and shapes found in the painting.
