The Dinosaur Family

"The Dinosaur Family" is a mixed media collage including a variety of dinosaurs, all with different designs and patterns and a thick black outline. Caryn spent weeks layering materials, first using bubble wrap and texture tools with acrylic paint to build her background, then applying torn images and paper, encorporating inspiring words into her piece. Using just her imagination, she drew each dinosaur at a different angle, and finished the canvas with a bold red border.
